Use cucumber or other BDD tool to write language-agnostic tests for every SDK

This is just feasibility study, the task doesn't have to end with full solution, just MVP.

The aim of this task is to do research about BDD tools and write example testcase. Then, the testcase shall be implemented in every SDK.
