Support for Library Override Control rigs

There is a workaround for now but would be great to have direct support: The ability to use the retargeter on a Linked Rig that is set to Library override.

Ouch, it feels I never worked with Library override yet. So, would you mind explain what you mean a bit further by providing your example and/or link to a tutorial or so.

Actually, I'm not an experienced Blender user. I'm just loving linear algebra and such a stuff)
