Unable to download Stories

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to any Instagram profile
2. Click on either current Story or Highlights
3. Download button no longer appears

Expected behaviour When viewing a story a download button should appear

Device (please complete the following information):

• Resolution: 2880 x 1920
• Browser: Chrome
• Extension Version 4.8.3
