MOT17 preprocessing for training

Is there a similar file for generating the labels for MOT17 as src/gen_label_{15, 16, 20}.py? Or should we just edit one of these to preprocess the MOT17 data for training? The MOT17 zip which I'm assuming is preprocessed is corrupted as noted in multiple issues such as https://github.com/Zhongdao/Towards-Realtime-MOT/issues/235
