Add ZIL names to Standard

The names have been added to the tables in Section 14, with the exception of 0OP:185 (Inform pop, Infocom FSTACK).

The "Reading the opcode tables" section should probably mention the ZIL names column, and it would be nice to have the ZIL names visible in Section 15 as well.
