auto FADE IN, FADE OUT

I am writing to stress the importance of the 'Auto-add (CONT'D) to PDF' feature, since it would enable some writers to be faster in dialogue scenes.

I don't know if it can be ported to this project, but there's a pull request for VS Code's Better Fountain which seems to address this very improvement.

(MORE) and (CONT'D) are already handled automatically :)

Adding FADE IN/FADE OUT automatically if they are not added could be a nice addition too.
