running this on windows

Hey!

not sure if this the best place to ask this.

But on windows, while I can build and get a dll, I can't get a .node file. femit-bin= testing.node gives an unknown file extension error.

Sorry, I have absolutely no idea what node expects on windows and don't have any windows machines to test on. If you figure it out feel free to leave a comment here or send a PR or something.
