Explore encryption of files

I could argue for and against building encryption into LHTML files.

For:

• Easier for users (cause they don't have to use a separate program)
• If the viewer/editor reads/writes encrypted files, you don't have to worry about forgetting to encrypt

Against:

• Complicates things
• I like separating concerns
• Password-encryption is based on user-chosen passwords, which are probably easy to break.
• PKI introduces a whole 'nother level of complicated
