fix #5: added proxy support

• when started via webstart, proxy configuriation is read from deployment.proxy.* system properties
• when started as plain rcp (not via webstart), proxy configuration is read from http.proxy* system properties
• native/system proxy configuration doesn't seem to work with webstart
