P2 repository is gone

Getting a 404 from it.

This is intentional. That repository was not updated in 5+ years and contained old outdated version of maven tools that are not compatible with recent eclipse distributions.

Unfortunately I have to way to judge how many people still use maven dev tools, and can't tell if binary distribution is something I still want to provide.

In the meantime, please build and install maven devtools from sources.

@ifedorenko just providing feedback as requested, as per above linked issue, it was used in an Oomph model.. we'll most likely just remove its use, so not a problem, but just wanted to let you know (as you asked for feedback).

@cpfeiffer : Thanks, it's actually working. @ifedorenko : I think for many people could be frustrating the 404 message on the previous repository, maybe is possibile to replace to a link to this issue for instance?

Following - I have been using this for years now (and all the team at my company) and would be sad to see it gone.
