Missing IfcWindow and IfcDoor geometry

Hello, First of all - great project! I've been using IfcOpenShell for long time but I've decided to switch over IfcPlusPlus.

I have problem with walls and doors without explicit given geometry. They are missing any geometry in viewer. I've expected to see cubes with proper dimensions taken from IfcWindow and IfcDoor OverallHeight and OverallWidth arguments. Is it possible to generate this geometry in IfcPlusPlus?

Hi, when there is no explicit geometry in the IFC model, there is currently no functionality in IFC++ to visualize it. If there is at least a local coordinate system for the window, it would be relatively easy to create a box and subtract that from the wall.
