Release of 2.0.0

I propose we release Origami 2.0.0 in the very near future. Once #14 or #15 is landed then the Ghost 1.0 code will be in the master stream.

@HelloWorld017 has been using this for 8 months and I have been used it over the past few weeks with no issues.
