blockquotes in Wagtail are not properly styled

Currently, text with the "blockquote" styling applied in the Wagtail editor are only distinguished from other body text by being bold as shown in this screen shot from:

Text indicated for a blockquote in the Wagtail editor should be set off using an indent from the left margin and possibly some other visual indication. For example:
