Title is "Archive"

I just looked at https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/ietf/T95lWkh6BFuqGClwqu7nDXnjwXc which sports:

<title>Archive</title>

Since titles are often used by browsers to select a name for a saved copy, this costs actual real time. It would seem more useful to generate a title out of the list name and the subject of the post.
