Mailing list archives should have a link to the list subscription page

When you're looking at the archive for a mailing list, there doesn't seem to be any way to get to the subscription/list management page. There should be a link to it.

As we've discussed already, it's not trivial for us to add that to mailarch, because we aren't "looking at a list" most of the time, but I do think there are things we can do.
Just brainstorming here to get it in the thread for when we come back to it:
When we have a list in search results, we could provide contextual menus to browse the list, or to go to the list info page. Alternatively, we could provide a block of links similar to the Filter_by blocks.
That's the direction I was thinking -- since we're able to show the filter-by information, it should be possible to do something similar for links to the list info pages. Except that those might be better placed at the top or bottom of the page, and we might even limit it to showing such links when there's only one entry.
(and, of course, we need to make that easy to get to, but not in the way by default - same disposition as whatever we end up doing to the filter by blocks while working on mailarch-improvements).

When get a url that's clearly a "browse in this list" url, like: https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/search/?email_list=stir We could provide links back to the list information somewhere on the UI
