Confusing colour

Description

I wasted several people's time because I was confused by the tracker page https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-6man-zone-ui/ (screen shot attached). The bright yellow "Has issues" looks as if it is current, but it's actually OBE because of a later review. Would it be possible to remove the bright yellow when a review is OBE? A grey background would be fine, for example.
