"Improving DT for CfA / WGLC requests..."

Area Directors have a nice, friendly dashboard to help them track all of their documents, what needs to happen next, etc (e.g mine. Chairs, however, are often expected to notice a side comment asking for WGLC in the bottom of a long email chain... and participants get grumpy if this gets missed.

It would be great if chairs could have a dashboard similar to the AD one. In the interim, a button on the draft-detail page (for logged in users) which sends the chairs a mail asking them to initiate CfA or WGLC would be really helpful - while it would still be an email, it would be in a standard format and easily filtered.
