Upcoming meetings page "Meetings in progress" heading is not technically correct

Describe the issue

On the upcoming meetings page, the top section's title is "Meetings in progress". This section is really "Meetings Today" (for some probably timezone-sloppy definition of "today"). Might be clearer if we update the title?

This was poked at before, and we landed back at "Meetings in progress" under the argument that people were prepping before and taking notes after. But if we want it to be deadly accurate, we could say meetings that start +/- x days (hours?) from now, reflecting the logic in the grouping.

Where is this causing pain?

I went to confirm the time of the tools call and had a brief panic because it was listed under "in progress." It's minor and probably not worth a change if it's just going to provoke confusion in other ways.
