Change review settings are broken if period is indefinite

Describe the issue

The page https://datatracker.ietf.org/group/secdir/reviewers/[email protected]/settings/ is broken when listing unavailable periods.

There is suddenly this edit box wanting to have date and "End Period" button.

I think that was an intended feature? It allows the secretary or the reviewer to declare that the indefinite period is over when they know it will be over.

Perhaps this just needs explanatory text over the dialog box and end period button explaining what they are for?
