Confusing email confirmation when a single session is rescheduled

Describe the issue

The email that gets sent to the WG list and requestors when a session is moved is confusing. See an example at https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/cose/jtlyANWjfOb43QIur0csk83f4aQ/. COSE had its original session scheduled on Monday and then it was swapped with something else to move to Tuesday. The resulting email makes it look like they have two sessions instead of just the one that was rescheduled. Can the text of this email be clarified?
