ietf agenda: button's gray colour seems to imply not active

Description

after selecting various wg meetings, I was looking for getting the ics for them. The agenda page have the "Calendar View" and "Add to your calendar..." buttons in gray (especially the latter which was the one I was looking for), so, ok maybe it is me but, I never considered clicking them on because of their gray colour, who IMHO, implies not active. I ended up trying it and it worked, but... I know this is a very small issue (yes button colours is not the most priority and I agree), so maybe consider as feedback. There may be some other reasons of those colours chosen I'm not aware.

Our color palette is limited (we are trying to use bootstrap's colors for almost all of the site), but there are other choices within that palette that we can use for these buttons.
