Description

The current 'Groups' menu has a number of problems:

Can't navigate to certain groups such as IESG, IETF LLC
Splits up the various parts of an Area in to separate sections of the menu, only some of which are organised by area, for example Teams

I suggest the following reorg, where a clickable item is in bold, a clickable heading that opens a submenu is italic ⏵ and a non-clickable menu heading is plain

Now a three level menu
The Other menu has gone and everything has been moved
ccg parent changed to IAB because RFC 8090 says "The three CCG Representatives for the Protocol Parameters Community serve at the pleasure of the IAB."
The parents of the other teams may need to change
Area Groups and Directorates come before Working Groups because they apply to the whole area
BoFs intentionally can be reached in two ways
The Active Areas page cannot be accessed by this menu as it belongs on a stats one
