Directorate reviewer page only shows one period of unavailability at a time

There is a small bug here, as I have a second period of unavailability that runs until 25 Nov. The system just looks at the current period, but as you can’t edit it you can only add a second period to extend it.

You could have of course deleted the old unavailability period and added new one that covers the new extended set of dates. You can use the original start date and updated end date...

Maybe we should make the add code notice if there are contiguous periods and alert the user, telling them they can do that thing. (Reasons for the periods might be different, but that could be covered in the comments for a single unavailability block.
