Dead links between RFCs
Describe the issue
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8252#section-8.1 has a dead link
Authorization servers SHOULD reject authorization requests from native apps that don't use PKCE by returning an error message, as defined in Section 4.4.1 of PKCE [RFC7636].
The link target is https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc8252#section-4.4.1 (wrong RFC, right section number) but clearly it should be https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc7636#section-4.4.1 (right RFC, right section).
RFC editor https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc8252#section-8.1 has the same problem
Code of Conduct

I expect when we get to the root of this, it will be a bug with rfc2html, not the datatracker.
Check if the new HTMLIzation on sandbox has this fixed?
It hasn't the issue is that rfc2html doesn't understand "Section X of Y" references, and if the current doc has a Section X, it will happily link to that.
