Visualize document state graphically

Description

This came up as an idea during the retreat: It would be nice if the datatracker graphically visualized at which state in the process a given document is (and for how long), rather than just showing pretty cryptic state labels.

We didn't discuss specifics. Progress bar or annotated graph were what came to my mind. We want to be compact, but we also want to include as much info as we can, so the table becomes less cluttered.
