Review request where team will not review document does not have history

What happened?

When the secretary of the review team is doing assignments, he/she can mark documents so that "Team will not review version", meaning that there was not enough changes so there is no point of assigning review for that document. This review assignment will then be shown in the Closed review request list, and it correctly lists a state "Team Will not Review Version".

Now if you go to the actual review request page like

there is no indication about that. There is no state "Team will not review version", and there is no history of who did and what.

When the secretary marks document so that review team will not review it, this should also get history lines added to the history, and the status should be shown in the reviewrequest page of the review request.
