Don't load submissionchecks into search result row html

Currently, yang validator SubmissionCheck results are loaded into search result rows as content of a hidden popup. These strings are quite large.

Instead of loading them statically, fetch them on demand.

The yang buttons and the popups behind them were removed from search results months ago. The plan is to fetch them on demand later when the search result pages are updated to use vue

We could even leave them off the search results forever. I think the target group for whom these are of interest is small.
