says:

This undoubtedly should be an HTTPS URI:

Thanks @cabo for raising this. W3C has recently decommissioned its RDF API endpoint and we are in progress of migrating to their official API which has recently been made open to the public as a replacement:

• https://github.com/relaton/relaton-w3c/issues/44

We will ping this issue once the dataset is upgraded. (FYI @andrew2net)
