Issue #68

added maximal repostar input and now it supports filtering with both minimal and maximal repostar value image

Hello @MonsieurRadiant , thanks for creating a PR! I've just merged another PR that deals with the minimum number of stars. It will be great if you could modify your changes to use those changes.

Also, what if the input for minimum stars is more than maximum stars?

I have resolved the conflict. If the input for minimum stars is more than the maximum, then there will be no result. Nothing will change on the page except the bottom will show "Oops! Seems like there is no issue to show! Refresh to try again."
