Evaluate whether move to Github Actions makes sense

Part of the evaluation would be:

• How easy is it to replicate the build steps we currently have?
• How do releases work?
• Do we still want to integrate our self-hosted Sonarqube?
• If it looks feasible, providing a basic .yml for demonstration purposes
