proper integration tests for cli/bin/generate-benchmark-from-open-api

Context

Currently there are no proper integration tests. They should be run seperately from the unit tests and be in their own folder. Old Integration tests can be removed afterwards.

Requirements

• new folder in framework for integration tests
• removed old integration tests
• added to the workflow
• coverage data collected
