xxh64 support will be added?

I do not know the speed difference between that and blake3 but I wanted to ask if the support for that algorithm will be added? Thanks.

@xfilesee34, I believe we should phase out xxh64 in favor of xxh3-64, because... cc:: @Cyan4973
