protobuf & thrift 转 TS

hello，我这边遇到一些遗留问题，一些接口定义转TS更合适，所以想问下protobuf & thrift 转 TS 可以支持下不

后面的版本会优先考虑加上 sql -> protobuf message sql -> ts interface

protobuf message 与 ts interface 互转的功能，可能会晚点支持。
