installed 1.0.14 to new instance of IDEA14.1.14

alert: plugin did not load org.jetbrains.plugins.sass not found

Having this same issue in PyCharm

This plugin depends on SASS and CSS plugins. CE and PyCharm doesn't come with those plugins. I've tried to remove these dependencies, but it to much effort. PR will be welcomed.
