.rt and rt.js files are disappeared after update in PHPStorm

After last update template files are disappeared. I can still get it by name (ctrl+shift+O) but it's not visible in project tree. That's very inconvenient.

please check the IDEA event log panel to see if you have any errors or warnings, and provide details on your environment.

Event log is empty. PhpStorm 10.0.3. Build #PS-143.1770 (January 8, 2016) OS X El Captain Version 10.11.2
