known Issue importing a known rss export

## While trying to do this: Importing a known RSS export does not do anything.

## I encountered this error: I get a message: 'Your import has started. We'll email you when it's done.' But the imported posts don't show up

## Some other notes: I don't have any issues creating/deleting new posts

It'd also be really handy if you could tell us the contents of your version.known file Known Diagnostics: Version 1.1.7+2020041201
What database are you using? (e.g. mongo, mysql, postgres) mysql
Any warnings or errors in your admin/diagnostics page? Nothing starkly alarming in the diagnostics report. Happy to share if that'd be helpful.
If this is a programming bug, can you include examples of any Micropub / API calls / webhook pings you make? Otherwise please don't worry about what this means!
Bonus points - are you able to illustrate the issue with a unit test? If so, submit it as a pull request!

It'd be good to get a log output, there may be an exception being thrown

of course! Below is the log during the import process. Likely that the import script is looking for the 'localhost' database? I did have to change it to 'mariadb' since i was deploying it on docker.

I also had this error message upon importing an RSS file exported from 0.9.9. On Dreamhost where the database is not at 'localhost' but uses a domain name, defined in the config file. It would be nice if it did not default to localhost.
