A Known Progressive Web App for posting, administering a Known website, and reading the Known feed.

is it about converting current know site to PWA or independent know PWA frontend ? I can make a known PWA front-end completely independent on Angular using the known API as data source will that do the job ?

Depends on API (and maybe GraphQL), and splitting UI into its own component.

In reference to #3029 if Idno stops using "echo" and generates a actually response class than it would be easier to attach a initial service worker to the response and using service worker cache and routing we can start giving initial support for PWA even before starting a whole rewrite of any sort
