Statistics page is not exposed in Site Configuration

While trying to do this:

Find a link to /admin/statistics/ page somewhere.

I encountered this error:

There is none.

Some other notes:

/admin/statistics/ page works OK and is generated correctly, but one should look into the source code to know it exists at all.

Give us some context:

• It'd also be really handy if you could tell us the contents of your version.known file version = '0.12.6' build = '2019062201'

• What database are you using? (e.g. mongo, mysql, postgres) MySQL

• Any warnings or errors in your admin/diagnostics page? Yep, the one about how running git version may not be that stable.

• If this is a programming bug, can you include examples of any Micropub / API calls / webhook pings you make? Otherwise please don't worry about what this means!

• Bonus points - are you able to illustrate the issue with a unit test? If so, submit it as a pull request!

IIRC @benwerd removed this deliberately. I think because it was a highly technical page and we didn't want to scare the normies
