Webmention parsing doesn’t seem to follow Authorship algorithm

I created a like (https://eddiehinkle.com/2018/12/15/21/like/) and sent a webmention to the liked post (https://quickthoughts.jgregorymcverry.com/2018/12/16/update-on-sending-webmention-badges-from-wikimedia-openbadges)

On the liked post page, my webmention is shown as “Web User”, because it is unable to find my author info.

My like permalink has a u-author within the h-entry that points to https://eddiehinkle.com as my h-card. At https://eddiehinkle.com I have an appropriately marked up h-card that should show my author info.

When testing the like permalink in the xray parser my author info is found: http://xray.p3k.io/parse?url=https%3A%2F%2Feddiehinkle.com%2F2018%2F12%2F15%2F21%2Flike%2F&pretty=true

Following the Authorship algorithm here: https://indieweb.org/authorship#How_to_determine

My author info should be found because of 5.2 and 7.2
