count total webmentions hosted known has received?

hi @benwerd! when you get a chance, would you mind counting the total number of webmentions hosted known has successfully received that aren't from bridgy? ie source URL isn't [www.]brid.gy or brid-gy.appspot.com.

i think we're near 1M total webmentions, as a community, and I'm hoping to pinpoint exactly when we cross the line. background: https://snarfed.org/2018-01-02_bridgy-stats-update-3
