Create a URL parameter cleaner for fbcdn links

Direct links to media from https://mbasic.facebook.com will include an efg= parameter in the URL query string. Since it's not something that the regular Facebook website will provide and isn't necessary to view the file, we should remove efg= parameters from fbcdn.net links.
