windows trackpad doesn't seem to trigger the scroll event ( IE only ) - can only scroll using a mouse or up/down keys

Same here. I tried on every windows laptop in the mall (:D). Scroll not triggering.

Same here.. Doesn't work with touch pad on IE.

Scroll on Windows 11 works for me when using a trackpad. Trying to stop scrolling while in motion by taping on a track pad does nothing. Expected behavior is for scroll to stop instantly
