Add support for grouping url with same domain and for deleting particular url

I'm adding a way for users to avoid capturing certain URLs. But both delete and grouping would be good to have. Delete is straight forward. But delete and grouping together (as in delete a group or delete item in a group?) need more thought. Also, since this is about displaying web history, and history being a chronology of events, grouping of URLs has to be across a given time interval, like all URLs from the same domain in the last hour would be grouped together, but the period could also be a day instead of an hour. I need to think about the UX.

I've added ability to delete individual items in 0.0.5

I've also made a few fixes (regressions in 0.0.2 were fixed in 0.0.3, and interruptible result streams were added in 0.0.4)

But I haven't gotten to grouping yet. I will get to it soon.
