Distribution of TID2013 label

Hi, does anyone know why all the TID2013 labels in tid_labels_train.json and tid_labels_test.json are in either ascending or descending order? Does it mean the most likely scores fall in either 1 or 10 for all the images? Confused~

Hi, we inferred the distribution from mean scores in a crude way, such that each distribution is monotonically increasing or decreasing. There are definitely more sophisticated ways to do that, e.g. enforcing a normal distribution shape.
