Hi, Wondering if the scores are out of 10? What's the scale?

Yes, highest score is 10, lowest is 1

The TID2013 paper mentions, in section 4.1 that the range of scores is 0 to 9. If the model was trained on the ground truth scores from TID, then the predicted scores must be between 0 and 9. Were the ground truth scores modified by adding 1 to the scores so that the scores lie in the range 1 to 10?
