[BUG] Services configuration

Description

Found some problems when you want to install only some services and not all.

Steps to Reproduce

Try to configure a node without some service like airflow-worker

Expected behavior: Runs smoothly

Actual behavior: Undesired service is up and running

Reproduces how often: Always
