GNU General Public Licensing

Hello, just want to bring up a quick question:

The original project qr-merger/merger is open sourced under the GNU General Public License v3.0; however I have yet to notice a valid license on your repo.

Please add the GNU General Public License v3.0 to your repo as per required by the original license.

Also, said license requires copywrite reservation; however, in public/index.html, which I believe is modified from /index.html of the original repository; however, the copywrite infomation disappeared. Please add that back in, as shown below:

Also, I would appreciate if you could put the link to the original repo at the topmost of the README.md, instead of placing it further down; for example: Merger-Plus => Project developed based on qr-merger/merger => Features: xxx. Of course, it's up to you.

Sorry - that might be my mistake then - could you maintain the copywrite reservations as mentioned above then
