FHR core multiphysics model improvements

Transition materials to functor material properties that are now necessary for incompressible and weakly compressible fluid flow. Pronghorn had to be updated first will a lot of new materials. Checks on SANA and on comparisons of properties over arbitrary T and P fields confirmed the new materials are correct.

FHR inputs are still using PINSFV (incompressible) as of 12/1. Transition should be performed soon though
