Patch related to Solver/Module name change in SCM #320

Reason

The subchannel (SCM) solver name is scheduled to change. Thus, input files that make use of the oblects whose names have changed need to be updated.

Design

Change the name: LiquidMetalSubChannel1PhaseProblem -> TriSubChannel1PhaseProblem Change the name: LiquidMetalInterWrapper1PhaseProblem -> TriInterWrapper1PhaseProblem
