FHR model has trouble converging

Bug Description

Post the change to using h instead of rho cp in the time kernels, we're now seeing convergence issues in the model I'm putting up patches in MOOSE to help us debug that since right now it's erroring out.

Steps to Reproduce

Run the model with Pgh

Application Version: snapshot-20-10-27-36318-g7061d9ba32

Impact

Non-working model.

An update here is that we are reworking the skewness correction in Pronghorn. This should improve things on this model which does have skewed elements. Once the rework is in I ll attempt a fix on the mk1-FHR model
